WARRANTY INFORMATION

Limited Lifetime Warranty for sink items

Subject to the limitations expressed herein, Seller warrants to the original purchaser that stainless steel sinks manufactured by Seller shall be free from defects in design, material and workmanship  under Normal Use for the lifetime of the sink (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is void for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God, or improper installation. For the purpose of this section, “Normal Use” means in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance manual for residential applications only. The warranty for products not manufactured by Seller is provided by the original equipment manufacturer.

REMEDIES: Seller shall repair or replace, at its option, any non-conforming or otherwise defective product, upon receipt of notice from Buyer during the Warranty Period at no additional charge.

Seller hereby disclaims all other expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness or fitness for a particular purpose

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 

Under no circumstances shall either party be liable to the other for incidental, punitive, special consequential damages of any kind. Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances, and in no event, shall seller’s liability, if any, exceed the net sales price of the detective product(s) purchased during the previous contract year.

LABOUR ALLOWANCE: 

Seller makes no additional allowance for the labor or expense of repairing or replacing defective products or workmanship or damage resulting from the same.

RECOMMENDATIONS BY SELLER: Seller may assist Buyer in selection decisions by providing information regarding products that it manufacturers and those manufactured by others. However, Buyer acknowledges that Buyer ultimately chooses the product’s suitability for its particular use, as normally signified by the signature of Buyer’s technical representative. Any recommendations made by Seller concerning the use, design, application or operation of the products shall not be construed as representations or warranties, expressed or implied. Failure by Seller to make recommendations or give advice to Buyer shall not impose any liability upon Seller.

EXCUSED PERFORMANCE: Seller will make a good faith effort to complete delivery of the products as indicated by Seller in writing, but Seller assumes no responsibility or liability and will accept no back charge for loss or damage due to delay or inability to deliver, caused by acts of God, war, labor difficulties, accidents, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other causes of any kind whatever beyond the control of Seller.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITION FOR UKINOX FAUCETS

1. Our product by guarantee for a time 5 year from date of purchase of the final user and guarantee can cover only the manufacturing defect. The company will not accept any returned goods if not authorized by UKINOX and if not accompanied with guarantee and the purchase receipt.

2. The guarantee decays for:

• Product installed in an incorrect way.
• The defect occurred during the usage (scratch, wear and other defects)
• Product damaged with unprofessional repairing attempt, contravention of usage, maintenance and transportation conditions, usage outside of function, assemblage and disassemble fault.
• The ware happened by usage.
• The defects happened independently (catastrophe, fire etc.)
• Product with deteriorated finishes of an improper use of detergents or abrasives.

 

            Limited 5 years warranty for CAE products

                
CAE gives 5 years limited warranty for FAUCET'S CARTRIDGES since the time of the delivery from CAE company. Within 5 years, under the condition of proper installation, normal use and maintenance, CAE will provide any necessary spare parts in case of any leakage or dripping due to any defects in material and workmanship.

In case of non-availability of the claiming product, substitution of similar product or interchangeable parts will be suggested.

In any case, CAE is not responsible for any labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs.

Such warranty applies only to correctly installed and maintained products. Any of the following case is excluded from CAE warranty liability:

·Any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.

.Any damage to the product such as dirty or rustiness due to improper maintenance or cleaning.

·Any damage to the product due to impurity or improper pressure of the water. 

·Any damage of the product due to the using of any parts not belonging to CAE.

No matter above damages and defects have been caused by constructors, plumbers, or original consumers.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping times are standard and could take anywhere between 3-6 business days. Please note that the transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility. Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice.

*** Free shipping is only applicable to all on-line orders excluding major appliances, open boxes and special orders.

 

Invoice General Terms and Conditions 

 

For all purchases Visa, Master, Debit and Cheque are acceptable. A 3% charge would be applicable to all purchases if the payment is with Visa and/or Master. If the order has a confirmed delivery date, the full purchase price is due and payable at the time of order entry. If the order has no confirmed delivery date and it is tentative or more than 90 days of the desired delivery date, a deposit of 25% is due and payable at the time of order entry with balance due and payable at least 90 days preceding the desired delivery. If a customer cancels his/her order without any written notice of at least 90 days prior to delivery date, 5% of the total purchase would be deducted from the deposit. All custom and special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable and require a 100% deposit. Order(s) must be picked up by the customer within 30 days of order entry date, 6 months are the room for the major appliances, unless the customer notifies with a written notice of at least 14 days for the plumbing items and 90 days for the major appliances prior to the delivery date and, if at such that time Dez Appliances Inc. does not have the inventory of the items ordered, Dez Appliances Inc. will provide the customer the option of cancelling the order or, to the extent, Dez Appliances Inc. has available inventory, upgrade the item to the new model of the product(if any) provided that the customer will be responsible for the price difference between the price specified on the order confirmation and the MSRP of the new model, as well as confirming the specifications of the new model ( such as any changes in dimensions) are acceptable to the customer; and, the MSRP of product(s) and/or service has increased. Dez Appliances Inc. will provide the customer the option of cancelling the order or purchasing the item(s) and/or service at the new MSRP. Dez Appliances Inc. is not responsible for any damages caused by the customer’s mode of transportation. Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition accompanied by the original invoice and in the original packaging. A minimum 10% re-stocking fee and freight charges will be applied to all plumbing items returns. For major appliances return, a minimum 25% re-stocking fee and freight charges will be applied.
